What is the Knowledge Base? 

The Knowledge Base is a web-based content repository, accessible via login, where you can learn everything you’d ever need to know about Adomik apps and product releases, as well as gain training via article and video tutorials.

In the Adomik Knowledge base you have access to 5 sections: 

• Getting Started (New Users) Step-by-step guides to learn about the Adomik Platform, from the Data Engine to the Apps

• Expert Center (Advanced Use Case Guides) Business use cases training to unleash the full potential of smart advertising analytics 
  

• Glossary Adomik and Industry terms defined from dimensions & metrics, to teams names & Platform sections 
  

• FAQ Specific questions, issues and processes around Adomik's apps and data
  

• Product Updates Latest updates on Adomik product releases and new data connector integrations 
  

What are the benefits of the Adomik KB?  

It provides you with in-depth, instant, on-demand information and answers without needing to reach out to your CSM but in more details :

• If your CSM is not available right away you can find answers to your questions by simply searching terms in the search bar. 
  

• If you have questions about Adomik terms or are unsure about metrics, you can consult our glossary 
  

• If you have new employees, they can learn how to use the platform by themselves in the “Getting started” section
  

• If you are curious about data connectors limitations, collection, specs, information is available to you as we are fully transparent

You can simply access the port via this url :https://support.adomik.com/portal or click on the support icon in the top right corner of your Adomik Platform.
